HSC METAL collects your personal data when you share it directly with HSC METAL, through automated means, or through other sources such as third-party platforms.
2. What is the purpose and legal basis for processing your personal data?
HSC METAL collects and processes your personal information in order to fulfill our legal obligations arising from your relationship with HSC METAL regarding products and services and to inform you about campaigns and benefits.
Accordingly, HSC METAL collects and processes your personal data in order to evaluate and process all your complaints, process your payments, improve our products, services, communication methods, and website functionality, and provide you with personalized products, communication content, targeted advertisements, and product recommendations.
For the purposes listed above, HSC METAL processes and stores your personal data based on your explicit consent, where it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract with you, or where it is necessary for our legitimate interests provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, within the scope and purposes specified herein.

In addition, due to our legal obligations and limited to such obligations, personal data may be shared with courts and other public institutions. Furthermore, personal data and traffic information related to your visit to HSC METAL websites, including browsing information, may be shared with public institutions and organizations legally authorized to request such information, for the purposes of ensuring security and fulfilling HSC METAL's obligations under applicable legislation.

Your personal data shared with our Company is stored on HSC METAL's secure domestic and international servers in accordance with applicable legal regulations, KVKK provisions, and HSC METAL standards. Within this scope, HSC METAL takes the necessary technical and administrative security measures required by law to ensure the security of your personal data.
5. How long do we retain your personal data?
Pursuant to Article 7/1 of the KVKK, when the purpose requiring the processing of your personal data ceases to exist and/or when the legal retention periods imposed by applicable legislation expire, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by us.
6. What are your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law?
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, to the extent that your personal data is processed by HSC METAL in its capacity as Data Controller, and subject to the KVKK and other applicable legislation, you have the following rights:
• To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• To request information if your personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the KVKK legislation,
• To request that third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred be informed of any correction, deletion, or destruction of your personal data,
• To object to any outcome against you resulting from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• To request compensation for damages in the event that you suffer harm due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
